The chemical free Shooaway has long been known as an effective way to stop flies crawling over your food when eating outdoors but what about for bees and wasps that might be attracted to your BBQ lunch or picnic?
The same principle that makes Shooaway effective against flies also applies with bees and wasps. Their compound eyes pick up the moving light as being "movement" and so they tend to stay away.
Bees and wasps though do have fewer lenses in their eyes that flies and so are a little less movement averse than flies but customer feedback is that Shooaway is proving effective in keeping wasps and bees away from the table.
