Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Chatham Islands and Stewart Island - Free delivery doesn't cover these areas. Get in touch at info@shooaway.co.nz before you order and we'll quote you the freight.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via NZ Post. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days nationwide, with an extra 1-2 business days for rural addresses.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or events outside our control. See our Terms of Service for more on this.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.90 for non-rural addresses and $13.40 for rural addresses, nationwide.

If you are just ordering replacement blades we have a special shipping cost of $7.90 for non-rural addresses and $12.50 for rural addresses, nationwide.

Orders over $99 ship free.

If your address is a rural delivery (RD) address, please choose the rural option at checkout. NZ Post charges us more to get parcels out to rural addresses. If a rural address comes through on the urban rate, we'll get in touch before we send it.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we process and dispatch it as quickly as we can. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and we'll let you know once it's on its way.
